PARKSALE 2013

PARKSALE is an annual outdoor market where artists and vendors can sell and showcase their work, in which all expenses are paid for by our organization. PARK is currently looking for vendors for the upcoming PARKSALE 2013.

This year, PARKSALE will take place on Sunday June 23, 2013.

At Haultain Park - 225 13 Ave SE

There is NO vendors fees and FREE Admission to the public
Note that set-up & registration is from 8:00 - 9:45AM while the event will run between 10:00AM and 5:00PM. Clean-up will take place between 5:00PM and 6:00PM. Vendors are expected to remain open for the duration of the event.

PARK VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

PARK is currently looking for new individuals to join our team! PARK is a not-for-profit volunteer run organization; we aspire to create opportunities for developing artists to showcase their talents. The following positions are now available:

1) Director of Fashion
-Acting as main correspondent between designers, models, hair stylists, make-up artists, retailers and the organization
-Responsible for coaching, training and providing leadership to the fashion team

2) Fashion Coordinator (1)
- Assisting the Director of Fashion with various fashion initiatives for the organization
- Coordination and correspondence between designers and the organization

3) Fashion Coordinator (2)
- Assisting the Director of Fashion with various fashion initiatives for the organization
- Coordination and correspondence between fashion sponsors (ie. Hair, Make-up, Shoes, Retail) and the organization

4) Art Coodinator
- Assisting with the development and execution of art initiatives for the organization
- Assisting with development and execution of art installations and displays at various PARK events
- Assisting Director of ART with sourcing and selection of local, emerging artists
