With fashion week season in full swing, it only seems fitting our city joins in to celebrate the undeniably talented Canadian Designers in our very own backyard. Saturday, Oct. 3, Parkluxe 2015 presented by Bankers Hall will be showcasing a solid line-up of high fashion brands with the likes of Caitlin Power, Eliza Faulkner, House of Nonie, Paul Hardy, Laura Siegel, Malorie Urbanovitch and headliner Travis Taddeo; art work from Edmonton’s Cory Christopher will be featured. The event takes place at the Riverwalk Plaza in the highly anticipated East Village.
The socially conscious organization has been behind Calgary’s art and fashion scene for the past seven years having launched in 2008; they have been the platform for many local and national designers.
